Hi!

I’m Bernadette, a freelance designer and illustrator with a passion for all things colorful and playful.

After studying Communication Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, I worked as an Art Director and Associate Creative Director for some of the largest advertising shops in NYC. There I made commercials, print ads and did big brand re-designs from Fortune 500 companies. 

Now, I create imaginative characters and playful patterns. My work is inspired by the things I love most, my son, the beach and anything that makes me giggle. My style is colorful, graphic and always contains a hit of quirk. 

While I’m a New Yorker born and raised, I’ve ditched city life to live as the locals call it ‘down the shore’ (aka New Jersey) with my husband, son, Malitpoo and obscene amount of colored pencils.
